Application characteristics:
FU-1 copper based oil bearing is made from tin bronze powder as raw material, pressed by a mold, sintered at high temperature, and then shaped. Its matrix has fine and uniformly distributed pores, which form an oily state after vacuum impregnation with lubricating oil. This product has the characteristics of short-term non oiling lubrication, low usage cost, and adjustable inner and outer diameter dimensions, making it suitable for use in medium speed and low load environments.
