1. A mixture of modified polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and lead (Pb), 0.01-0.03mm, is a wear-resistant material that can form a transfer film during operation to protect the grinding shaft
2. The copper powder layer of 0.2-0.3mm improves the bonding strength between PTFE/Pb and steel plate, and has good load-bearing capacity and wear resistance. Copper is also a good thermal conductive material that can quickly transfer the heat generated during the operation of bearings
3. Low carbon steel 0.7-2.3 improves the bearing capacity and heat transfer effect
4. Copper/tin electroplating coating, with a copper coating of 0.008mm and a tin coating of 0.005mm, provides excellent corrosion resistance for bearings.

APPLICATION CHARACTER |
1. Oil free lubrication or low oil lubrication, suitable for situations where refueling is not possible or difficult, and can be used without or with minimal maintenance
2. Good wear resistance, low friction coefficient, and long service life; 3. Can be used within the range of -195 ℃ to+280 ℃
4. Good running performance, low noise, and no pollution; 5. Thin walled structure, lightweight, can reduce mechanical volume
6. During operation, it can form a transfer film to protect the grinding shaft without any biting phenomenon
7. The hardness requirement for the grinding shaft is low, and shafts that have not been quenched and tempered can be used, thereby reducing the processing difficulty of related parts
8. No water or oil absorption, low coefficient of thermal expansion, good heat dissipation, and stable size
9. The back of the steel can be electroplated with various metals, so it can be used in corrosive media without rusting
