Oil storage pits with spiral angles arranged on the surface of bearings must be fully coated with lubricating grease during assembly
2. The copper powder layer is 0.2-0.3mm, which has good load-bearing capacity and wear resistance. The good thermal conductivity can timely transfer the heat generated during the operation of the bearing. Composite materials can penetrate into the gaps of copper powder balls, improving the bonding strength
3. Low carbon steel with a thickness of 0.4-2.2mm improves the bearing capacity and heat transfer effect
4. Copper/tin electroplating coating, with a copper coating of 0.008mm and a tin coating of 0.005mm, provides excellent corrosion resistance for bearings.
