Self lubricating and maintenance free plastic linear bearings

basic characteristic
Self lubricating and maintenance free plastic linear bearings. Noisy operation. Suitable for continuous use in extremely harsh dust environments. Allow to be cleaned by food and drug packaging machinery cleaning solution
● Maintenance free, long-term dry operation, no noise
Suitable for medium to long-term operation in dust
● Corrosion resistant, suitable for cleaning with disinfectant
● The inclined groove design provides stronger shaft protection capability
Reduced slot width to enhance load-bearing capacity; PEEK and PI, as emerging engineering plastic materials, have been proven to have the best mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and high temperature resistance among all known engineering plastics. Among them, PEEK has a long-term use temperature of 260 ℃, and PI has a long-term use temperature of up to 300 ℃. Moreover, it has excellent corrosion resistance and can operate freely in medium strength acidic and alkaline corrosive environments. Therefore, it is generally used to make bearings that require precise operation in harsh environments. The disadvantage is that the material itself is relatively expensive, so the cost of use is high. Generally, PEEK or PI is used as the inner and outer ring materials, and PTFE and PEEK are used as the cage materials.
